Bought a sail and on the internet show is in good condition. It wasn't. Was manufactured in 1978 plus was used for training class. When I got it, was all stretch out and had like a lit of veins on it. I have been trying to get some answer and they keep saying I'll get with my boss and will contact you by email. I'm still waiting. I will never buy out of this place and I will tell all my friends out of PR not to buy from this place ever again. Customer service is 0. For the cost of it wasn't worth it.
I have personally driven to Masthead Sailing Gear three times with requests for rigging and sail modifications for my boat. Requests I know they can do. I'm not sure what is up with them, but I have never even had the courtesy of a call. I would try to avoid them if possible.
Very poor service. Sent sail slugs, wrong number of slugs(only 5) as well as mailing by ground transport from a company other than Masthead. Paid for express delivery. Slugs appeared to be old and used as well as wrong style. Did not respond to phone message or to e-mail to address the issue.
