My daughter always mentioned wanting to try karate and I was hesitant just because I didn’t know where to start. Mastery has been incredible and welcoming. My daughter was always outgoing but her behaviors at home, routine and self control could use improvement. I have seen so many positive changes since starting only 4 months ago! She is thriving!!!

*this is long, sorry in advance* My older son Wyatt started at EG with Mr. Pezzillo when he was still in day care and he loved it!. We ended up having to take a hiatus as we live in Glocester and my job had changed so getting down to EG became a lot. I have two boys, Logan and Nathan, at Mastery Smithfield. Logan started just after he turned 4 years old because his preschool teacher said he was shutting down when trying something new. He took to the “yes I can” philosophy of Mastery almost immediately. He was focused and worked hard. I want to share the impact that Mastery Smithfield has had on my 11-year-old son. First of all, he has always been a fighter, not so much in the physical sense but mentally, he always has to try with 100%, no matter what it is. Even if that means struggling along the way, he is okay with that. As parents, enrolling Joey at Mastery has been one of the best decisions we have ever made. Watching his confidence and self-esteem grow has been incredible. He has learned respect, discipline, commitment, and the value of hard work. We know that the lessons and values he has gained at Mastery will stay with him for the rest of his life, and we are so grateful for the positive impact it has had on him.
