The increase in my 4 year old’s self confidence and self-esteem are my favorite things to brag about but the list goes on and on. My son is excited to go to each class because he enjoys the movement and the friends he’s made. He practices positive self talk and emotion management at home that he’s learned in class. Just a great program for all ages.

I started my son with mastery a few months ago with the goal to gain focus and the ability to learn new things. And so far with the few months being there he has grown so much and has been able to make new friends along the way. I couldn’t be more happy for him and appreciative to the wonderful staff for helping him through his black belt journey.

Staff is amazing and instructors are super understanding. Love how my son is able to grow from where he first started. They do everything as a team and I can't thank them enough for all they do.

Mastery is teaching our daughter to be a leader, building her confidence, helping her anxiety, teaching her new ways of thinking, giving her a better ability to navigate her emotions and responses to stress. Constant positive affirmation while still teaching accountability. The karate skills she’s learned are fantastic, but the other pieces of what they teach are equally impactful.
