New Car I dropped off my car this morning. They were packed and still were able to work with me and get the car done the same day. Mike was a pleasure to work with. The bill was broken down so you knew exactly what was paid for and how much labor was which I thought was great since the shops I've been to in the past don't break it down, and also done bring it to your attention and explain it like Mike did. Excellent Service I had an 'urgent' situation with my car, and was referred to Masterwerks. My problem was taken care of immediately. The mechanic was polite, professional, explained in detail what the problem was AND, as a courtesy, dropped me off at my workplace. I was very pleased with their customer care and service!
