Extremely knowledgeable people
I will start by saying the reps. and service techs I've dealt with have all been pleasant. However, the windows themselves have left me very disappointed. Our house was built in 2021 (during the COVID issues) so I am thankful we even received windows, but I wonder if quality control suffered because of this. Our builder used the single hung 280 series throughout the house. Not only do the frames and parts feel cheap, but workmanship is poor. The picture below shows how poorly the top rail was cut.
