Ive brought a number over Kia's in past from here and have always been satisfied both with the service and the brand. I would buy another kia again from here
We bought what we consider a fairly expensive car from Kia in Masterton and to be honest I've had a better experience buying a toaster. While we love the car, the service we have experienced from here has been poor. We had a complaint so we let Kia Masterton know, they told us they would get back to us - they didn't. We were then contacted by Kia New Zealand to complete a survey about our experience buying a car, we explained about our complaint, Kia NZ told us Masterton Kia would get back to us - they didn't.
