Stay away from building with Masterton Homes. My parents had a duplex built in 2018. There has been leaks in the walls, and bathrooms ever since! In 2025 we had a major leak from the upstairs bathroom to the ceiling downstairs. We were told that the warranty has expired and they can’t do anything to resolve. STAY AWAY FROM THEM! Workmanship is terrible and not like it was 30 years ago! Your house will start falling apart at the 6 year warranty, and they will tell you it’s no longer their fault.
