If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I’ve now been without consistent heating or hot water for over six weeks, and this company has done absolutely nothing to fix the issue. When I call to report the problem, I’m told to contact the construction company, Wates, because they’re supposedly their customer, not me. This is despite the fact that the company had already sent an engineer before!
