Had a mold issue in my garage from a leaking roof and contacted Mastertech for a quotation. They came out in about 10 days to test and inspect. They were very detailed in explaining the problem and the remediation process. Within 3 working days they provided a detailed report and proposal. We could not recommend Mastertech enough. During the initial visit they made sure to answer all of our questions and thoroughly looked at and sampled all of the areas we were concerned about. Once the mold remediation began the team was very nice, walked us through what they would be doing, and made us feel very comfortable about all of the products they would be using.
