Eric was excellent—he arrived on time, explained everything clearly, did a thorough check for mold, and made sure the process was handled properly from start to finish. He also followed up quickly afterward. I highly recommend Mastertech Environmental.
Eric and his team completed mold remediation for my whole house. He was knowledgeable and honest ensuring the remediation was completed the right way without taking shortcuts. He even worked with us to develop a plan to reach parts of our basement that was inaccessible. Its been almost 3 years and we have had no issues with his teams' remediation or vapor barrier installation. Worth every penny to have peace of mind that the house is safe for our family.
