The review from S Marino could have been written by me word for word. This is a great company. Communication, professionalism, work product, etc. were terrific. Owner, Eric Green, office staff, Betsey, and team leader, Dylan and team members including Donovan (I do not remember other names) did an amazing job. I highly recommend Mastertech Environmental.
Highly recommend Mastertech! From the initial mold inspection, proposed evaluation, testing results, correspondence, and quote for remediation, they have been helpful and professional. During the process of a basement remediation and full vent cleaning their crew were timely, professional, attentive, and completed all tasks as outlined in the quote. There were no surprises, no stress, and bonus is their office staff is extremely helpful and available if you have any questions or concerns during the process. Thank you!
After doing some research, I chose Mastertech Environmental to do a clean out and mold remediation of my entire basement. Great attention to detail, especially in assuring that homeowners were cared for in regards to the work being done and any possible disruption to their normal living conditions. We would recommend them highly.
Eric and the entire team at Mastertech were fantastic. From Eric’s attention to detail during the initial quote, to helping define the scope and coordinating the cleanout of my parents’ home, they went above and beyond at every step.
