We recently had Mastertech Environmental come out to test for mold after some water damage in our apartment, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Betsy was terrific in getting the appointment set up — quick, easy, and communicative. Eric came out to do the actual testing and was fantastic: professional, courteous, and even wore shoe covers before coming inside, which was a nice touch and showed real respect for our home.
