He called back, he promptly sent emails, he was clear, courteous, and professional. I wish I had injectors they could work on just so I could do business with them.

They go way above and beyond, stand behind there work,excellent customer service take time to explain details show you things and will help you understand your diesel. I'm diesel illiterate, owned gas vehicles all my life and there not trying to take advantage of me. Took my 06 ford in to have the 6 liter issues corrected and was treated very fairly took a little longer than planed but it was worth it. I had know idea my of what my truck was capable of until now. On a mild tune the power increase is amassing and my fuel mileage is up 3 to 5 mpg. There were a few little hiccups after I got it back but they handled them very professionally and quickly.
