While RVing from Florida up to Pennsylvania our engine light came on in our EKKO FordTransit. Nervous, we stopped by 2 Ford dealers and they did not help us. Brian and the people here diagnosed our issue right away, had to order a part. Because it wasn't a emergency we stopped by a few days later on our way back, got us in early and we were on our way. Super customer service during an anxious time on the road. They cared!!!!!
Loved the true care, undoubted professionalism, speediness of service and reasonable prices of Master Tech! Thank you all for a wonderful customer service and of course for the great job done on my little Kia!!!
Technician looking at my simple exhaust job said he was not up to the task. I asked if someone who was could look at my car. Before he could really answer the shop owner came over to decline working on my car. This was after waiting 2 weeks for an appointment. There is a sign that they charge $129 for up to an hour of diagnostic time with no exceptions. At least I wasn't charged.
