Technician looking at my simple exhaust job said he was not up to the task. I asked if someone who was could look at my car. Before he could really answer the shop owner came over to decline working on my car. This was after waiting 2 weeks for an appointment. There is a sign that they charge $129 for up to an hour of diagnostic time with no exceptions. At least I wasn't charged.
