Great customer service, Rick is a kind and pleasant person to talk to. A very good mechanic, experienced, knowledgeable, reasonable price rates, first person I consider going to when I have a problem with my vehicle. I am very satisfied with different repairs that he has done over a period of time at different times on my vehicle. I highly recommend Rick & Mastertech.
Had my sparks and some suspension work done about a year ago. He said he would get my warranty taken care of but never did after having my truck for an entire month. My truck just recently started acting up so I had Dodge look at it. Turns out thr coil packs on the sparks were never changed and are all corroded. So he didn't change the packs even though he said he did, didn't get my warranty figured out and took 4x the amount of time. 0 stars.
Great service and amazing to work with, really care about his customers.
