Had my sparks and some suspension work done about a year ago. He said he would get my warranty taken care of but never did after having my truck for an entire month. My truck just recently started acting up so I had Dodge look at it. Turns out thr coil packs on the sparks were never changed and are all corroded. So he didn't change the packs even though he said he did, didn't get my warranty figured out and took 4x the amount of time. 0 stars.

It breaks my heart to write this, Rick, but you've had our Saturn 18 months (since September, 2021). When I OK'd the work we were in a lot better finances then. We had enough reserves. In that time, we've asked and asked for updates, hoping it was almost almost done, always trying to be polite and understanding, and you've always said to give you a week. Truck was there for a year. I went in every month asking if he had looked at it yet. He always gave me excuses. When I went in today he completely ignored me. Walked right past me to go talk to his buddy that just walked in. I’m towing my truck to GB customs tomorrow. Edit: it took GB Customs 3 days to get my truck running. I will be taking all my vehicles there from now on
