The most honest and practical auto repair shop on the east side. They are fair with their assessments and pricing, and only talk about what is needed. I wouldn't even consider using another shop.

First of all, the customer service was great. However, I broughty vehicle in because of a noise. Explained to them the situation and that we just purchased the car from a dealership, but the dealership was 40 minutes away and wanted a diagnosis before bringing it to the dealership. We were told that the noise was a loose heat shield. Didn't make sense to us, but paid the $90 they charged us. Day later, the noise was worse. Terrible service. The technician performed a diagnostic without asking for permission and without disclosing the cost. when i talked to the service manager he lied and stated that they called and asked. when the technician called he already knew the issues, had a cost quote for repairs and so had already done the diagnostic they wanted to add to my bill without permission. so they did the diagnostic before the call and before asking; then lied to me about getting my permission to do the diagnostic. when i stated i would not ... read more
