Terrible service. The technician performed a diagnostic without asking for permission and without disclosing the cost. when i talked to the service manager he lied and stated that they called and asked. when the technician called he already knew the issues, had a cost quote for repairs and so had already done the diagnostic they wanted to add to my bill without permission. so they did the diagnostic before the call and before asking; then lied to me about getting my permission to do the diagnostic. when i stated i would not ... read more
Mastertech is extremely professional. I had an weird noise in the back of my SUV. They fit me in the next day, identified a loose part, and fixed it. Only charged $85! Highly recomend this place.
