We have been taking all our vehicles (3) to Master Tech for ~ 10 years. The service has always been very prompt & very professional, & always fair in their pricing. Many times they have gone above & beyond to provide us with outstanding service for our vehicles. Glad I found them tucked away on a hill above Manchester Road. I was impressed by how Mike worked the phones to try and get the best price on parts even before I was an official customer. And then once I was ready to have the repairs done, he got the part ordered and car scheduled quickly. Will certainly be back if the car needs more work in the future (but hopefully not too soon) ;)

I brought one of my fleet trucks here to get serviced and a safety inspection. Mike was great to work with! He kept me updated on the progress & pricing daily, he suggested fixes and was honest about what didn’t need fixing immediately or even at all. He went out of his way to locate parts that had been discontinued. Overall a fantastic experience. Found my new GO TO mechanic garage!

New to the area and was looking for a new mechanic. Mike is fantastic - he will explain everything, make recommendations and answer any questions to let you make a decision without being pushy at all. The technicians seemed thorough, professional and knowledgeable too. Mike is honest and friendly and knew everyone that came in by name. They are organized, quick and efficient.
