As others have already said, I can attest to that too. MasterTech will throw useless fixes and parts at the problem, charge outrageous labor hours, and the issue still won’t be resolved, even after keeping your vehicle for nearly a month. MasterTech suggested to bring back to run codes... Which should have already be done. Now I am broke, vehicle-less and now trying to figure out how to get to work. The real question is will you reach out to actually try to resolve the problem or offer a partial refund.
