I had an engine fire in my '67 Mustang, 30 minutes after I left their shop getting carb "tweaked". I am not accusing them of causing the fire, but I went up there twice to get them to work on it (insurance claim). The second time they PROMISED me, and "put it on the calendar" to get it in the shop in January. Now nearly the end of February and NOT ONE WORD from them. I won't go back
A shout out to MasterTech Auto Center in Mesquite. I had an issue with my car today where I couldn't get my keys out of the ignition. I went over there and they dropped what there were doing to work on my car. They could have told me to leave my car and they would get to it but they helped me out. I heard an employee tell someone on the phone they were a week behind so I just wanted to try to get them some more business to keep them even busier! Ha! I go there for everything on my car and so does Gadayous. Great employees!
