I’ve been a customer at Masterson‘s for five years now. Between my father and I we have five dogs and three cats. Which we all took to Masterson‘s for their care. They were so good and you could tell they cared. Well, ever since the The daughter of the owner took over. The place has went downhill. You can tell that all they’re interested is in their money. Dr. Smith was very unprofessional and acted in such manner she was in such a rush to even see the patient and gave off attitude towards the patient. The staff was talking in the hallway about the patient and owner describing that they need educated. Never had any problems till now and will no longer recommend them to anyone.
absolutely the best in the business..I've been to all the branches of Mastersons veterinary clinic and they absolutely are amazing..they've helped me with my animal's for years and keep several alive pain free for their last years with us..I grew up on a farm in Bremen..and we used all kinds of different vets/people..and I've seen work done by many veterinarian's over the years..and without being disrespectful ill just say that there's a good Reason why I Chose to go with Mastersons as the first choice every time...great peo... read more
