Depends on who you are... Masterson Electric does very good work, he does all the work himself and therefore there is high quality control. The downside of this is that he is always behind on work. As for myself it takes him days to return my calls and sometimes he fails to return them at all, but for other individuals I know he returns their calls and comes quickly to the job. So I guess it just depends on who you are. Over all if time is not an issue he does good work.
