Went in to get an Alignment and my front lower ball joints were bad. So to get my truck back it's $53 in labor for 25 mins of looking. They didn't want to look at if before putting it on the rack so they can charge you. They're crooks at Masterservice Tire & Auto! They wanted $600 to replace them. I hope this review finds you. So you don't make the bad decision and use them for any auto repair.
Took half the time and the tech Sam did a great job
Went in to fix oil leak! They had it for 4 weeks, charged almost $400 dollars! Went to pick up my vehicle and it was missing out, backfiring, and dying! I live a mile from there and almost couldn't get it home! Then they told me to bring it back, they would see what was wrong with it! They had it almost 2 more weeks, called and said they couldn't figure it out! After all that, it still won't run well, and it now leaks more oil than it did! Worst mechanic shop in town according to the dealership I took it to. They couldn’t fix it in 3 weeks but the dealership had it fixed in a matter of hours. Definitely do not go here. And honestly, would have recommended this place when Jim ran it. Don’t go here
Paid him $106 to o stall a part I had gotten online. 2 weeks later, the light on the dashboard again. I took it strait to O'REILLY for diagnosis, and it came that the same part needed replaced AGAIN. You wouldn't even look at it because you don't warranty work if part is brought in. Now I'm back where I was--no transportation.
