This has been the worst experience that we’ve ever had with any contractor. It comes down to communication. The first day (8/13), Eliezer came out (was late) and worked on the downstairs bathroom. There was dust everywhere however just let that go. He was able to finish it up however it had some drippings (still does) on the ledge which he promised to come and clean up. Our experience with Master’s Touch has been nothing short of frustrating. No one came out as scheduled for the initial appointment. I had to give them a call and text and finally received a call back that their tech ran late on the previous job and someone would be able to come out hours later. When they came later that afternoon they did not cover the surrounding area to the tub and sprayed our bathroom shelf, sink, faucet, tile floors and brand new LVP that we had installed in the hallway just days earlier.
