The technician Eliezer was very pleasant ,The next day when I inspected the tub I saw the work was terrible The over spray was all on the side of the tub. The sides of the tub were not even, he missed a spot on the tub as well as the bottom was not smooth and even. I tried calling, texting and emailing him he has never responded or returned my calls. I would not recommend him to anyone. Never even gave me a receipt for the job.
I paid on a Monday to have my tub and shower resurfaced on Friday. I received a text message on Friday that the paint wasn’t delivered and they would get back to me Monday when the paint was delivered. Come Monday no call I text the number that text me, the first was delivered all messages after that didn’t No communication just ghosted me. I called the number on the website multiple times got one text “sorry I missed your call how can I help” no response back after that. Overall unimpressed. The technician who came was very nice. The issue is the work. Prior to starting I mentioned that the main thing I was concerned about was overspray of the coating. He ensured me there would not be any. Upon completion and further examination after the tech already had left I observed overspray EVERYWHERE. And I mean everywhere. Was debating whether to give this company a go based of their reviews but my Tub turned out great never caught his name but the technician sent out to me did a great job, hats off to him.
This has been the worst experience that we’ve ever had with any contractor. It comes down to communication. The first day (8/13), Eliezer came out (was late) and worked on the downstairs bathroom. There was dust everywhere however just let that go. He was able to finish it up however it had some drippings (still does) on the ledge which he promised to come and clean up.
