Very nasty people.
I was renting one of their properties for about 4 years. During that time I was harassed at every turn. They would just waltz on into the backyard to check the lawn at will. If it was too long I would receive a nasty, threatening email about it. They constantly raised the rent by $25 - 50$ at a time.
