We moved into a 30 year old home last year & found Master Services, Inc to inspect and repair/update our fireplaces. Everyone from the time you schedule your appointment to completion of work are professional, courteous & an absolute pleasure to work with. Corey helped us this year with a direct vent unit that we had been told was inoperable. We are thrilled with this company and especially Corey, our technician this year. Austin made quick work of re-setting the loose outer flue pipe; (said likely loosened from a stiff wind.) He arrived on-time and was on-site less than 30 minutes. Total $0.00 charge; no service charge. He explained what his plan of attack was, what I might expect, performed the work, and then told me what he did. Recommend Austin, and Master Svcs.
Very professional and thorough! My gas fireplace has been making a loud sound whenever we'd turn it on. Plus, we hadn't had it checked out since we moved in six years ago (I know...). Corey Tucker came out and did a thorough inspection on the whole unit and found out what was going on. He was super pleasant and took the time to explain the state of my fireplace, the cause for the loud sound, and how to resolve it. I definitely recommend Master Services and Corey for All Things Chimney related!!
