These guys have helped me out with a chimney in awful condition. i had a chimney that i thought i'd need to tear down completely. I thought there was no hope. They helped me get it all taken care of, and a price that i could afford. Other Chimney guys failed and Masters Services Shined! so happy for their services. super nice too. photo shows both chimneys, but the one that is hard to see needed all of the work. both were serviced.
We moved into a 30 year old home last year & found Master Services, Inc to inspect and repair/update our fireplaces. Everyone from the time you schedule your appointment to completion of work are professional, courteous & an absolute pleasure to work with. Corey helped us this year with a direct vent unit that we had been told was inoperable. We are thrilled with this company and especially Corey, our technician this year. Thank you Master Services, Inc for hiring such knowledgeable and professional people.

Their team did a really good job on evaluating what was needed to get done and then following up with the schedule within a week to do it. So far I’m pleased with the look of the new cap. We’ll see how it holds up with all the rain that we get in North Texas.
