Great place
Staff can be inconsistent - all over you at the door but nowhere to be found around departments. Packaging and branding not always as advertised.
Shame it has to close, now Bunnings will have a monopoly again, Also for the staff that no longer have jobs. There was alway more friendly staff, at bunnings you can never find someone, takes ages, hot as hell to shop there, not as well set out as Masters, But now that is all over.
It's perfectly functional. Main problem is that it simply can't compete with Bunnings on prices, customer service, or stock variety. Staff generally overcrowd the place and are nice enough but simply aren't as knowledgeable as competition.
