It has been a year now since I had my old pool resurfaced and pool deck repaved with sandstone pavers. Overall, we are extremely happy with the final product and the workmanship gets 5-stars. The cracks they repaired from the pool deck sinking years ago are holding up nicely. My only suggestion is that the company should have a supervisor onsite at the start of each phase to make sure information is communicated correctly. Quality work. Done before promised. Underestimated on the price.
We hired Master's to resurface the pool where I work. It was in such bad shape with all kinds of marcite missing and chipped. They removed all the old plaster and tiles, being very tidy while they worked. Then the miracle happened. When they were done resurfacing the pool, I swore they had built us a brand new pool. It is absolutely beautiful with no blemishes. I would recommend this company to anyone interested in pool work. Disappointed. After spending $22,252.00 for the pool renovation there are major color variations on the bottom of the pool because the surface material was mixed in different batches. They tried several chemical applications to correct the color variations with no change in color. The only way to correct is to remove and replace the coating. They have refused to refinish and tried ti file a warranty claim with Stonescapes the manufacturer of the un-mixed surface material. And Stonescapes determined it is not a product defect... read more
