Worked with Michael at Masters Pool LLC. From the beginning the experience was painless and transparent. Detailed itemized quote, easy payment method, on time work and commitments met. We were even traveling internationally when the work was done! I would recommend if you need a pool facelift! There price was very competitive with the other quotes we received.

Masters resurfaced my pool and replaced my skimmer. After resurfacing, the new skimmer leaked and the jet lines in the spa were cracked during the surface prep. The pool would not hold water. Master’s was unresponsive for weeks about the issues. I finally contacted Red Rhino (a leak detection company) to fix my pool leaks. The cost to repair the leaks was $2,700 which Masters said they would cover but would never respond when it came time to pay.
