They were very good and informative. Also polite and friendly. I will go there again.
Went to Master's today to find it had been purchased by Performance Plus. (I learned this after sitting in line for 30 min with 2 cars ahead of me.) The new staff is friendly, but everyone moved very slowly. What usually took about 5 minutes took 30 today, and the prices have increased greatly (even with a $25-off coupon online). My lights, wipers, & tire pressure were not checked either. I kindly let them know I'm unable to come back if this is what they'll be charging.
Great service great staff. Mr Busch was very helpful through the entire process making sure i knew what was going on and doing all the little things that he didn’t necessary need to do. Will definitely continue to get my oil done here.
Great service. You can tell these new guys really care about customers and giving the best. Short staffed and Tim still went above and beyond. Highly recommend.
