My name is Tom Coco and I had been a loyal customer for masters for 19 years; I started having problems getting them to just come and turn on and shut down my sprinkling system the last five years or so not the techs the dispatcher never calling me back. that's why this year after no response I switched companies
Great work with very reasonable prices. Chase was very knowledgeable and polite and had great communication throughout the entire job. Highly recommend!
Masters NEVER answers the telephone when calling to activate or deactivate my home irrigation system. Ultimately, they do respond but it can take 2-3 weeks.
