Gabriel H showed a mastery of our air conditioner and repaied it quickly, expertly and on a holiday. Our air stopped on a weekend and I was surprised and heartened that Masters would come fix it that day. I was so impressed with the company to meet needs in a house full of our family mourning from a funeral. Also impressive was the way Gabriel explained the importance of a yearly contract which will save us from loosing our air for years to come. Very grateful and impressed.

Gabriel was a huge help and very knowledgeable about his profession. Gabriel was by far the most professional technician we have had at our house in now the fifth service here since February of this year. Gabriel does fantastic work.
