I contacted Tyson to see about getting an appraisal because I was considering contesting my new assessment. Instead of pushing me to spend the money for his services he spent about 15 minutes talking to me while he pulled some current information. After talking about what he found he suggested that I not contest the assessment saving me the cost of the appraisal. I found him to be very knowledgeable and easy to talk too.
