Master's Glass was able to schedule me for the next day and, even without using insurance, they completed my windshield replacement for much less than Safelite and some other area companies. Customer service was so helpful and professional. Highly recommended!
They charged me $210 to re-calibrate the sensors behind the replaced glass, and now our automatic high-beams don't work (it's a Durango, the sensor is behind the glass). They told me that they don't know anything about that sensor (accused me of lying about it) and to take it to the dealer to have them fix it (guess they didn't recalibrate it at all). Don’t bother they won’t even answer your calls!
Used them many times for semi truck windshield replacements and they were great to work with each time.
They're cheaper than the competition yes, but I don't think I've ever seen one of their windshield replacements not leak when they've replaced windshields in our truck fleets.
