I had one side of my back yard installed 3 years ago and it completely detached from the posts after a wind storm. I get that sometimes the wind is strong enough to damage fences but for how much I paid it should last a little longer. My neighbors have fences that are more than 20 years old and they were fine. I thought I was getting a high quality install with the high price but sadly that wasn't the case. I was originally considering this company for my small residential project. However, their quote was around 5% higher than the quote from Idaho Fence with similar lead times. Friendly and helpful staff, just didn’t make economic sense to go forward.
The staff at the Spokane branch are solid and answer all my questions and fill all my orders in a timely manner. I've been doing business their for a few years now and will continue to do so.
We have had Master's Fence install two fences for us - a white vinyl fence and a wooden fence... both turned out beautifully. They have great customer service and offer competitive bids. We highly recommend them.
