Got my dryer and vents cleaned this week and everything was a breeze. Easy to book, so professional, and they did an incredible job. They also found and replaced a dryer exhaust pipe that was collecting condensation and beginning to leak. We booked them not a moment too soon!
Absolutely great work! The techs that showed up (Roberto and Lorena) were very courteous and extremely professional. They showed up on time and did a great job. Also, Linda (in the office) is an absolute gem; her customer service skills are top notch. I now have a new contractor for life!!! Keep it up, Master Duct Cleaning!
The best dryer vent and air duct cleaning service hands down. I used them 4 times and every time they did an excellent job. Showed me before and after photos and was honest in every way possible. Roberto went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed to prevent birds nest (I had 2 that they took care of) in the future. Highly recommended.
