Our home warranty sent the company “Masters climate and comfort” to our home, due to ice being located on our pipes and the air conditioning no longer blowing cold air; When we answered the door the guy’s manner was very unwelcoming. After taking a look at the unit for less than 2 minutes; Instead of fixing the issue the technician gave us a bogus story about the air filter needing to be replaced! When you find the real deal (which is SO hard to find) I really want to pass my positive experience along as best I can. My history with Heating and Air companies over the years have been mostly awful.
