Rich and Connie are the pros of all pros. Needed carpet cleaned in a condo urgently. To make matters worse, it was Sunday on the city wide move out/in day. Got lucky that Rich was available even though it was Sunday. They came on time and when I saw them pushing 2 carts full of equipment, I knew they meant business. I am so glad I decided to go with this company. My Learning center's chairs were in awful shape after COVID and the disinfectants we had to use...not to mention they were 15+ years old. Masters Carpet Care brought them all back to life. A staff member actually came in confused because she thought they were all new! Great job!
