Ordered parts from this company. They sent the wrong parts. Instead of sending out new ones to correct the issue they wanted me to pay for them again, then send out the correct parts hopefully again. Once the wrong parts got back, refund me for my original order that they messed up. Poorly handled on their end, caused me extended downtime on my equipment, which led to more lost money.
