This shop is a hidden gem in Marietta! They have worked on my 2010 Toyota Rav4 4wd and my 2015 Lexus RC350 Fsport! I bring them my cars whenever I need work because they are very generous with pricing, super fast turn around times, and knowledgeable and don’t try to upsell me on things I don’t need. The waiting room is air conditioned nicely with tv and leather couches for comfortable seating when I wait for work to be done, free wifi too! I love this shop and I will be a loyal customer for life!
I recently change my front tires and went for an alignment. Joe and team put my car for a diagnostic and it resulted in No alignment needed. I was very happy with their honesty for not trying to sell me unnecessary stuff. Joe you earn my respect and our business for life. Stay honest Sir. Thanks .
I used to go here back in 2022. The service has gone down. I went today to get a oil change. They made me move my car 3xs. The excuse was that "there is a wait for an oil change". But there were no car in the Bay😂. I said "im not gonna keep moving my car u could simply have told me 5the 1st or 2nd time there is a wait". WELP, I drove to this auto repair shop with no appt . I went to several other auto repair shops with no success.In all honesty , the other auto shops mechanics were quite rude. Although what I needed wasn't major . It still required a skilled mechanic to complete the task. Soon as I walked into the Masters Automotive shop.
