OMG!! MasterPro was amazing!! During our Helene flood they got to us in 3 hours where the other companies we called were going to be 24 or longer. Caesar and his crew took care of us the whole time working until after dark just to get finished and constantly kept in touch with us afterwards to make sure everything was still dry. He was so professional, and friendly and understanding of our concerns. They got us through a tough couple of days. They’re the best‼️
I contacted them on Saturday after Hurricane Helene. They replied quickly. They found a way to come to my home the next day, Saturday. They gave me an estimate right away, I was paying myself vs Insurance. They promised to do the work on Monday. They came on Monday and did the work. Everyone was courteous and timely. They made it easy in a stressful situation.
