We our enjoying our whirlpool acclaim hot tub. It is so relaxing and helps my back. Chuck was informative and helpful when we first found our hot tub. He also helped us out and answered some questions after we received our hot tub. Thanks!! Woohoo!
Our pool was redone a year and a half ago, it was done quickly and looks great. However some of the tiles have fallen off already and no one will return our calls or emails to either come fix it or tell us what the grout is called so we can get some and do it ourselves.
We chose M P S to do what they promised: "The best pool in OC", promised within a specific time frame "6-8 weeks". We did not ask them for a better price, and moved forward with them, despite getting better priced quotes, all because Mike Good claimed he was the best. They will have you sign, then weeks will go by, then they will break up your yard with a wheel barrel and a sledge hammer to claim "they started work", then they will leave you high and dry for months before returning to actually work on your project.
