Absolutely disgusted by Masterpiece Mowers and STIHL Australia. I submitted a perfectly functional chainsaw for servicing — only to later discover it had been dismantled and used for parts without my consent. I received no proof of any "process" being followed, no written notice of destruction, and no explanation as to why my equipment was cannibalised.
