Update to my review. I ended up having a problem with my windows installed by Masterpiece Glass. They clouded up and they ended up replacing one. I sent them numerous emails and also sent photographs showing the problem on the other window in the same opening. I followed up with them for months before someone would look at the issue. They came out today and were so rude and refused to do anything, saying they can’t see anything. I spent a lot of money for these windows and they don’t hold up.
Joel was awesome in helping us develop what we wanted for leaded glass. His professionalism and years of experience made us comfortable in dealing with such a specific need. Thanks again Joel for such a great job Dan Peterson
