I recently had a shattered window and was in a bit of a bind. After calling four different places, I found that most were closed or could only provide a quote on Tuesday, which wasn’t helpful since today is Saturday. Update to my review. I ended up having a problem with my windows installed by Masterpiece Glass. They clouded up and they ended up replacing one. I sent them numerous emails and also sent photographs showing the problem on the other window in the same opening. I followed up with them for months before someone would look at the issue. They came out today and were so rude and refused to do anything, saying they can’t see anything. I spent a lot of money for these windows and they don’t hold up.
