Make sure you know your barbers experience. Could potentially be setting yourself up for failure. The management needs to reassess their employees, as it just costed them a customer. Another thing, what are with the prices? Such a high number for simple things such as a quick FADE. Price should be decided on quality of cut, not set price. What happened to pride of ownership?
