Master Movers drove over my lawn where my septic system is while working for a tenant. They showed no concern nor made any effort to make sure I could contact Master Movers should I discover some damage. Donnie said he left his business cards in his truck and did not know his boss's name other than "Keith." It started out unprofessional and went downhill from there. I'd be handling this "in-house" with them had they made that possible. I got stonewalled instead. Be careful.
We got our Master mover machine and we love it. It saves our maintenance team so much time, it is safe and easy to use. I highly recommend it. Thanks to everyone at Master Movers for making it so easy we really appreciate your excellent customer service.
Our company had misplaced the charger for one of our MasterMover tugs. The tug is a necessity when it comes to move our raw materials, so it was definitely critical. I strongly recommend it for anyone seeking ways to streamline a challenging task and safeguard their team from potential injuries. Plus - their team has been so supportive and helpful (a phone call away if needed). Great experience overall!
Excellent product. Working with them to determine the product we needed was a pretty smooth process. We ended up getting a tow 600 and are really pleased with its perfomance.
