Good pay, good people. Good management, nice place to work. Its just the fact, if your a HARD worker they expect more from you and they will work u harder for the same pay, only annual raises. 3rd shift supervisor is never around always in the office or whenever he is on the floor hes on the forklift (we already had a forklift, so 2 forklift drivers for 3rd shift made no sense) watching anime on his phone, well we bust our ass.
