It seems like most people love this shop but I've had 3 bad experiences in a row and I will not be returning.

These guys are amazing! After getting my exhaust fixed at another business, it came apart yet once again. We were on a road trip (truck and trailer). Wife was very ill and in the hospital in Couer d'alene and due to be released the next morning when my exhaust came apart at about 8:00pm. One of the guys at O'Rileys recommened Masterminds. I show up at 8:00am when they opened. I told them my problem and the need to get back home (severe infection in knee).
