Dr. Christensen was professional yet compassionate and kind. I had a very positive experience being tested and would full recommend them without hesitation.
I do not recommend Mastermind Psychology. For months, I have been trying to get answers from their billing department, and the lack of communication has been beyond unacceptable. The only person I can consistently reach is the receptionist, but after every conversation, nothing happens. No callbacks. No follow-up. No resolution. I was overcharged for a service that my insurance company confirmed should not have been billed at that amount. I have never written a review before, but this place deserves one, I am in the process of joining the United States Navy, I ended up finding out about two Diagnoses I never knew I had nor showed any symptoms of these, they are Bipolar/Psycosis both ended up getting cleared up by Steven Feldman and proven that I do not nor have ever displayed signs of these.
