I do not recommend Mastermind Psychology. For months, I have been trying to get answers from their billing department, and the lack of communication has been beyond unacceptable. The only person I can consistently reach is the receptionist, but after every conversation, nothing happens. No callbacks. No follow-up. No resolution. Jonathan Kiwari is a great source of encouragement and support. My own self work included I have experienced improvement with stress, depression, anxiety, and PTSD symptoms with consistent EMDR therapy in 8 weeks! I have never written a review before, but this place deserves one, I am in the process of joining the United States Navy, I ended up finding out about two Diagnoses I never knew I had nor showed any symptoms of these, they are Bipolar/Psycosis both ended up getting cleared up by Steven Feldman and proven that I do not nor have ever displayed signs of these. Don't bother with this place. The receptionist isn't willing to work with you or your insurance, even though they say they will- and they never called us back. Also, once we figured out that they stuck us with Dr. Christiansen, whom isn't covered by insurance, we cancelled the appointment, because we cannot pay for $250/ appointment and the tests- they charged us extra fees to cancel (even though it was more than a weeks notice). This place is a joke and did nothing to help but collect our money.
