I've been using Masterman's for 11 years, I have to say that Kate Joseph goes above and beyond for me. I haven't had the best experience with other representatives from this company since Joyce retired, however she is Absolutely amazing. She is one of the best people I have ever dealt with in my life. She is a great example of excellence. She needs to be recognized. If you use them, ask for Kate Joseph. She will handle your account with the upmost professionalism and care.
