Notified me after my appt was booked through his website and said it will be a up charge of $15 and I declined due to it not being stated in the policy . Refused to refund my money and got angry and sent me a nasty angry voice message because I requested me deposit back due to him not stating that in his policy. I couldn’t screenshot the voice message but I’ve recorded it. Be careful booking. I will be reaching out to state board as well.
