Complete scam. I initially called them to do a cleaning on my couch, Dave came and he said it would cost 300 for a deep shampoo clean. I said no issue I confirmed if he could remove the scent. He guaranteed the removal of the smell or my money back. He completely the job with no issues. As soon as the couch dried it had the same stench that was guaranteed to be removed.
