For some reason it says my package is here?
Called to have someone come and give us an estimate for a fire pit. Said he would be here on a Friday afternoon. We waited and waited and pushed our plans back til 7.. Nothing. Typical Home Improvement contractor BS.
Made an appointment with Jim for some fireplace repair and he NEVER SHOWED. I took time off of work and the guy not only never showed, but he didn't even call. Lost my business for sure.
Very professional and thorough. Great service with fair prices. Highly recommend Master Flame.
