Worst customer service. Alan was rude - I hired them to rebuild my sun room and after a year it leak. I keep calling them and asking them to fix it because it supposed to last atleast a year. For 3 years the came a performed a "mickey" mouse job" . I personally asked Alan why is it leaking and he didn't perform any thorough inspections, instead insisted that the job was done correctly. Worst customer service and experience imaginable. Beware they will send you a contract then make all kinds of claims that the work you paid for is not covered. The office person is super confrontational and unprofessional. It seemed that in every interaction she was rude and threatening.
