Horrible customer service. Communication with this company is extremely poor, and it was clear that employees are not on the same page. My service request was mishandled, and I was ultimately told, "it's probably better if we don't service you," which I found incredible rude and unprofessional. Absolutely no regrets in choosing PCF to build our deck, the entire process felt unreal how smoothly everything went. Super collaborative, professional, communicative and the deck they built exceeded our expectations. That includes building the plans, permitting, adding a concrete patio, electrical work, deck build and project planning, each new person or leg of the project we were completely satisfied. Can't recommend them enough.
Masterdecks LLC is impressive and dependable. Their quality of materials, workmanship, design, and cleanliness are top notch. Everyone was very professional and the entire process was well organized.
It took longer than expected to get my job done. However the people were very responsive to any questions or concerns. The deck looks beautiful and I'm looking forward to using it as soon as the weather permits. Would use the company again.
