Just went in to have a wash and blow out, worst experience of my life! The girl did not rinse out all the conditioner, I asked her to round brush my hair (I don't think she knows how) and then started to flat iron my hair while is was still damp! While she's "parting" my hair she's also pulling it, gave me a migrain. My hair looked worse than when I first walked in, never again will I ever set foot in this place.
