Well I went to the Walmart last year. I wanted my hair to be feathered and layered. This person name is Tammy. When I got home & washed it, I noticed that it was uneven. So I went back up there, so she can get it right. But needless to say that she doesn't know how to cut hair. I'll never go there again! Just a fair warning!
Kelly @ the Desoto Square Mall Mastercuts is a horrible stylist. I said I wanted a trim of 3 inches and to have the ends slightly layered. I also said that I did not like the A-line bob (short in back and long in front) that is so popular these days. It doesn't work well with wavy hair. And that is exactly how she cut it.
